Impressive as it sounds, with rare exceptions, most homes we build are completed in about 120 days from ground breaking to move in. We accomplish this not by cutting corners, but by tightly coordinating schedules with our long-term vendors and utilizing a proven streamlined approach we’ve been refining for nearly 30 years.
Prior to breaking ground, we’ll walk you through the process of selecting a plan or designing your home, getting an accurate estimate and securing financing, and selecting the finish details.
In phase one, we’ll strip and mark your lot, dig and pour the foundation, and then fill dirt back in around the base of the home.
Phase two is where the progress really picks up speed. The floors go in, walls are framed up, and the roof is put on. Insulation and drywall is also installed.
Phase three is where your house starts to look like a home. Paint and wall coverings are applied, flooring goes in, cabinets are installed as well as interior trim, cabinets and doors.
