Jon has been Team's draftsman and IT/Web pro since 2012. Prior to working for Team, he taught math at NorthWood HS for 11 years. He spends much of his spare time finding ways to help in the fight against sex trafficking and oppression of women. Jon and his wife, Danielle Svonavec, have three daughters (Annelise, Julia, Kat) and live just outside of Goshen.

Seven has worked in the construction trade since 1998. He mainly works for the remodeling division of Team, and he really enjoys getting to be a part of designing/re-designing existing homes to suit a family’s needs. Remodeling can be a difficult time... one of Seven's goals is to make the renovation process go smoothly and keep homeowners relaxed (so that maybe they can actually enjoy it?!?!). He genuinely loves being a part of Team and having the opportunity to serve customers!

Sam has been doing finals and warranty work for Team since 1998, and he plans to be working for them until he retires! He takes a lot of pride in his trade and the homes that he works in. Chatting with homeowners will always bring a smile to Sam's face. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking with his brothers and spending time with friends/family. Sam is hoping to someday bike across the United States.

Chris is married to Jill and they have three children (Spencer, Sara, Austin). He graduated from Fairfield HS in 1984, then worked for a local construction company until founding Team Construction in 1991. Chris's current role at Team is to oversee general operations, new home sales, land development, and building site acquisitions. His hobbies include being outside, traveling/camping with Jill, bailing hay, raising beef cattle, and pestering Jon Wingard! Chris has been an active member of the Builders Association of Elkhart County since 1993 (president in 1997). He also serves on Habitat For Humanity's board of directors for Elkhart County.

Karen has worked at Team since 1999 and prior to that as a sales coordinator at Smoker Craft and Sylvan Boats. In addition to handling the financials, she answers the phone and provides support for each job. Outside of the Team office, Karen volunteers in different capacities at her church as well as serving on it’s daycare board and the Goshen Go Getters 4H Advisory Board. She is married to Rich and has a son (Colin) and a daughter (Courtney). In her spare time, she enjoys reading as well as camping, biking and kayaking with her family.

Todd and his wife Jennifer have two sons (Jake, Sam) and are now grandparents. Shortly after graduating from Ball State in 1987, he started managing lumber yards and supplied building materials to Team in the mid 90’s when Team built his family's home. He joined Team in 2002 and spends most of his time in sales. A few lucky customers (some may consider it UN-lucky!) will have him as their project manager. Todd is active with the local and state Builder's Association and spends time working with local charities through the Exchange Club. He enjoys Team's annual overseas service trips to help in the fight against sex trafficking by advancing education opportunities for those who have none. Some advice from Todd... "Don’t let Jon’s hair scare you."

Jeremy joined Team in 2016, filling the role of warranty manager while also selling/managing model homes and handling most of Team's permitting needs. His favorite part of the job is helping homeowners build a home that they love! Before working for Team, he spent fifteen years at Riverside Tool making wood working tools. Jeremy's favorite thing to do is hang out with his family; his wife, Sheena, and children (Isaiah, Isabella, Ilyana). Together they enjoy anything active and outside, with sand volleyball at the top of the list. As a believer in Christ, Jeremy spends a lot of his time trying to be the best example of Jesus to others as he can. He enjoys reading his bible and is passionate about using his skills to serve people in communities both overseas and nearby. While he does work hard at being a humble servant of Christ, he never misses an opportunity to "spank" Jon in a game of ping-pong. And he always enjoys blocking a spike on the volleyball court way more than he should. :)

Jay is Team's remodeling specialist. He is a graduate of Goshen HS and was captain of the baseball team. Jay started working in the residential housing industry at the age of 19 and has been involved ever since. He joined Team in 2007. Jay and his wife, Natasha, live in Goshen and he has two adult children (Nichole, Tommy). Jay is an avid sports fan and likes going to professional sporting events. He also enjoys international travel and playing golf.

Bill Hooley grew up on a farm near New Paris and graduated from Fairfield High School in 1981. After working at Interior Woodworking Corp in New Paris for 10 years, he joined Team in 1995. For 11 years he was the warranty manager and also supported all field operations. In 2006 he moved into his current role as a project manager. Bill has been married to Sue since 1985. They have three adult children and are now experiencing the joys of grandparenting. Bill and Sue enjoy outdoor activities (yardwork/gardening), traveling to state/national parks, biking, and hiking.

Neal is married to Melissa and together they are the proud parents of four children (Nolan, Elanor, Brogan, Griffin). He graduated from West Noble HS in 1998, then attended Saint Francis University for one year before deciding college was not for him. Neal has experience in the RV industry, farming (5 years!), and construction. Neal gained experience in the construction field while working on many framing/roofing/siding jobs, eventually becoming so good that Team hired him to be their warranty guy. He enjoys the trade so much he often finds himself remodeling/renovating his own home, and rarely turns down the opportunity to help friends and family with their projects. Neal's hobbies include hanging out with his family, attending his children’s sporting events, furniture building, woodworking, and coaching youth football. He is also very active in his church and a Celebrate Recovery group.

Tyler is the Warranty Manager and will do some project managing for Team Construction. He started in 2023. Tyler is a NorthWood High School and Purdue University graduate. He lives locally in his Team-built home with wife Ellie and 2 children, Josie and Easton. Prior to working for Team, Tyler worked on his family's farm and then became involved in the trades by selling concrete coatings. When he’s not working he enjoys spending time with his family, doing projects around the house, and raising show pigs.
